Quit treating Internet Marketing like a Get Rich Quick Scheme…

Hey fellas. Shree here once again.Just a rant for you guys out there today.First thing, for all the new guys (and ladies:)) out there in the Internet Marketing landscape; get this clear guys.Internet Marketing is not a GET RICH QUICK Scheme.

getrchquck

Im sure some of you guys out there would be sniggering”sneer sneer ,this was the big secret??like duh!!we already knew that dum dum..we are already making hundreds or thousands per month, and we have been for a few months now..So tell us something else will you!!”Well if thats all you ever wanna earn thru internet marketing,hey..thats fine by me..But if you want to earn some serious cash online(and continue to) then do listen up. I am not talking about whether Internet Marketing is a Get Rich Quick Scheme or not, what i am saying is that there are tens of thousands of Internet Marketers treating this industry as such.

mners

Freebie seeking crowd, mining blogs and forums daily rather then investing.

What does this crazy cuckoo saying??Doesnt he ever get to the point??some of you guys must be wondering.. Sorry guys, taking English Literature in college did this thing to me…Crazy times, with some really hot girls.. hmm…. hmm.. hmm..

Anyways, back to the point i was trying to make. You go to any other revenue making industry and the mindset is totally different. The Real Estate industry for one.Guys there invest Big Bucks on property that gives them a 10 percent R.O.I(Return On Investment) in a one year period.Which means that there are guys out there in the world who put in money that they recoup only 10 percent per year.

It takes them TEN years to recoup everything on that particular investment, and they gladly do it.Not once, not twice,But multiple times. In the Insurance industry,i personally know guys who invest tremendously on seminars, workshops, etc etc where they would only get the returns on the money spent in a few years time.and they are happy about it.However,a worrying trend emerges amongst a certain portion of the Internet Marketing world.

I see and hear guys everyday saying they already know everything there is to know about Internet Marketing and they do not need to invest any further. They will just read the forums and blogs for free info.(I spoke to one audacious Gentleman in a recent Internet Marketing seminar who told me his reason for not signing up for my friend’s Seminar was because he already knows everything about Internet Marketing, its all about the list and traffic…)Bravo..You read an ebook or two and now everyones an Expert. They try to come across sounding like the well informed “insider” but they come across more like the picture below.

What im saying is this. If you are serious about making serious money online, you guys have to start investing. Im not saying to go buy every WSO or cheap looking info products out there and to believe that any of it would be the miracle pill. Im saying, make informed decisions and invest some money into Quality products once every month or two.

How do you make informed decisions??Simple..Go subscribe to the lists of Big time marketers and Gurus that you personally trust. Why?Because these guys know they cannot afford to recommend crappy products and risk offending their lists. And if you happen to be hoodwinked by any of them. Then just shoot them an email saying that and UNSUBSCRIBE.

There are a few guys that i trust as their products(and their recommendations) have skyrocked my online income more then any.Talking about guys like John Reese(The man who made a million in a day),Jeff Walker (6 Figures in 7 days dude) and of course Frank Kern(Mister Mass Control).

I have personally bought everything John Reese has ever came out with, produced and/or recommended. Traffic Secrets?Check…Reese Reports?Check..Auction Secrets? Check..IMA Webinar?Check..

It was through Reese(about whom there will be a separate Blog post soon) that i got to know about Jeff Walker and bought his Product Launch Formula. And it was through Jeff that i got to know about the genius that was Frank Kern and got his Mass Control Stuff.

How much have i spent on info products?Well..About $20,000-$25,000..Give or take.

How much has that benefitted me?Well,i made $150,000 in profits in one year online(recently lost that sum,but that was due to a family crisis and nothing to do with my business side)..So i made roughly 8 times the amount i spent in a year, thats a 800 PERCENT RETURN ON INVESTMENT in one year.Thats better then winning the lottery mate.

Well, its 4 in the morning now,so have to go get my shut eye(Are ALL IMers creatures of the night??)..Will leave you guys with this video of this awesome girl on youtube singing her version of Linkin park’s What I’ve Done.Enjoy and tok to you guys again.Nitez..

Great point, elscorpius. It is a tough pill to swallow for a person like me who doesn’t want to spend much, but your stats 800% ROI are just overwhelmingly…I mean INSANELY convincing, lol.

It’s gonna influence my marketing behaviour.

Thanks for your insightful posts esp, in the forum. You’re the only person frank enough tell us how much you make and what you did. That figure just GLOWED to me in the forum like a beacon….!!

  5. I agree totally with this post. IM is a direct reflection of what you put into it. If you put in a lot of work then you get a lot of money, if you just put in a few minutes you just might get a few pennies.
